ATHEX-listed Lamda Development has reached an agreement with Turkey-based Dogus to purchase 50-percent of the company Lamda Dogus Investments for 12.4 million euros, a development that will leave the former as the sole shareholder in the Flisvos Marina in southeast coastal Athens, naftemporiki.gr reports.
