The Archaeological Museum of Astypalaia is a museum in Astypalaia, Greece. The rights to the museum were initially granted to the Hellenic Ministry of Culture by the Ecclesiastical Charity Fund of Astypalaia in 1994. An exhibition was organized from 1995-1996, eventually leading to the opening of the museum in September 1998.

The Astypalaia Archaeological Museum is located in a ground-floor hall, and contains artifacts ranging from the prehistoric period down to medieval times. Of particular note are grave offerings from two Mycenaean tombs that were excavated at Armenochori and a miniature bronze Roman statue of Aphrodite, excavated at Trito Marmari. The museum also contains a substantial collection of coins which were found during excavations.
