The settlement of Samonas Traditional Houses is a complete renovated neighbourhood in the village of Samonas, in the district of Apokoronas Crete, at an altitude of 400 m and at a distance of 25 km from Chania.
The settlement is built on a hill slope and it has such an orientation that it offers an impressive mountain, valley and sea view from all houses. Looking over from the property’s location, you get the impression that you could touch the Cretan White Mountain, or dive into the vast Cretan sea.
