The Archaeological Museum of Ios is housed in Amoidadeio Megaro (an eclectic building located in the central part of Ios Town).The museum includes archaeological, archaeological and ephemeral investigations carried out by the Archaeological Service (the Department of Prehistoric and Classical Antiquities) from 1980 onwards, by the Old Archaeological Society founded in 1904 in the wake of the efforts of the mayoral brother of Fragolis Korthesis, From traditions and donations.
